Electrical Safety Training

Course description

This course is aimed at those staff members who are required to undertake electrical safety testing and tagging on electrical appliances. The course will not qualify you to work on electrical equipment or electrical infrastructure. Electrical Safety Training is required for people that are performing or are required to perform only electrical safety testing on electrical appliances.

Who should attend

Staff required to undertake routine visual examination of electrical appliances, checking for external damage, frayed cords etc and testing and tagging using an approved tester for protective earth continuity and insulation resistance.
