What do you remember about how you were introduced to your workplace?
In the staff survey, 'Your Voice 2008', 59% of staff thought that new people are given enough guidance and training when they start in the job.
This course will help you to ensure that your new staff members feel welcomed, accepted and informed about their role, their responsibilities and your expectations of them. By setting up effective induction and probation, you will play an active part in helping your new staff member become settled into the workplace.
