Performance management: feedback essentials
This course provides a short and focussed top-up relevant to all staff as they prepare for performance and review discussions, about understanding key principles of effective feedback, preparing oneself for a feedback session, and useful techniques for giving and receiving feedback. It will be practical and hands-on in its approach.

This workshop builds on the content contained in Performance management: fundamentals. Participants are encouraged to have attended that workshop in advance of this session, but it is not mandatory.
