Getting to 'no': setting boundaries at work

Course description

'NO' - it's one of the shortest words in the English language, and it's also one of the most difficult words for many people to say.

Being able to say a well-timed, appropriate, and believable 'no' in the right circumstances is vital in building and maintaining good relationships, as well as for personal resilience.

Saying 'no' is a crucial element in setting limits and sustaining good personal boundaries. Good boundaries lower our stress levels.
