Surviving the stress of change
Workshop considering ways to engage positively with change, including recognising and managing stress. The stages and effects of stress will be considered as well as signs of not coping. Ways of responding to change and resilience at work will be explored, including phsyical, emotional, mental and spiritual resilience. This workshop enables practical strategies to be developed that will assist people to not only survive, but positively engage with change.
