REST Information Session

Course description

REST is a compulsory, structured training program for all HDR students, based on the RDF. The aims of REST are to:

  1. Provide a structured and comprehensive skills training program for all HDR students which includes research and transferrable skills employers seek;
  2. Ensure all HDR students, regardless of their physical location, are able to access the program through online course delivery and monitoring;
  3. Enable students to identify their training needs and plan and control their research and professional development journey;
  4. Ensure that upon completion, students are able to articulate and demonstrate the skills they have developed throughout their candidature through documented evidence.
At this workshop, you will hear from the HDR Education Coordinator about how REST can benefit you as a student or supervisor, and be able to ask any questions you may have.
