Topic description

Effective supply chain and logistics strategy drive improved business performance. Supply chain management can play a strategic role in delivering customer value and companies can achieve competitive advantage through leveraging the management of their supply chains. This topic is designed to provide graduates with in-depth knowledge of the concepts of logistic and supply chain strategy. They will also learn how companies in practice can utilise the supply chain strategy to respond to the needs of end-consumers and build competitive advantages.

This topic aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge of concepts of logistics and supply chain strategy and develop skills to critically analyse a company's supply chain strategy in practice.
