Topic description
This topic is designed to strengthen and extend the students' proficiency in the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Classes will cover advanced features of the French language, particularly syntactical and stylistic elements, appropriate with this level.
Educational aims
This topic aims to:
- Expand and consolidate students' knowledge of French grammatical structures and vocabulary acquired at previous levels
- Develop further students' communicative competence through participation in activities involving group or pair interaction
Expected learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:
- Produce written and oral texts in French using fluent and coherent language structures
- Participate in conversations in French on familiar topics without preparation
