Topic description

This topic is focussed on the production of a scientifically written piece in the form of either a research paper, systematic review, or a meta-analysis. The research paper will be structured with an introduction, methods, results and discussion sections. Students will be tasked at the outset to find a supervisor and a project area, and with the supervisor, develop a research question. Students will be provided with a series of seminars in Research Project A that will teach students various research skills in relation to clinical psychology research, and which are intended to assist students in developing their written paper. For Research Project B/C, the student conducts independent study (no classes) yet seeks regular supervision from their designated supervisor.
