NUTD9225 Independent Studies in Nutrition

This topic offers an alternative pathway for students who commence a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics with the intention of gaining a professionally accredited nutrition and dietetic qualification, but who elect not to complete that degree. A description of the proposed study, with the recommendations of the supervising staff member, should be submitted to the course coordinator for approval. A range of activities is permissible by negotiation.

This topic aims to provide an opportunity for students to undertake a negotiated amount of learning and assessment to meet a topic, course and/or any professional competency requirements as negotiated with the topic coordinator.
