Topic description

In this topic students are expected to create work that is able to be used as a production pipeline. Complex concepts will be considered and applied in the creation of individual works.

Educational aims

This topic aims to:

  • Give students the opportunities to demonstrate the improvement in their skill by working on industry level briefs with current industry software
  • Expose students to a range digital production techniques
  • Introduce students to roles in digital production pipelines
Expected learning outcomes
On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:

  1. Synthesise individual artistic techniques to realise a larger scale project
  2. Articulate the role of a pipeline in digital production
  3. Take a basic project from conception to completion
  4. Critically reflect on their own artistic practice
