Has worked in Indigenous health for nearly 30 years. Has worked as an Enrolled Nurse in RDH, ASH and Tennant Creek Hospitals. Went on to work as a Senior Aboriginal Health Worker in WA for a number of years. Has delivered and developed training packages for AOD workers, Cross Cultural workshops & Aboriginal Health Worker Training. Has also held positions as Coordinator of the Night Patrol & Sobering Up Services in Darwin, Senior Aboriginal Liaison Officer at ASH, Aboriginal Community Worker for the Department of Families & Childrens. Recently lived and worked in Tennant Creek as a Contract manager with the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs. Has been working at the Centre for Remote Health for the past 2 years as a Topic Coordinator and assisting with the Introduction to Central Australia workshops.
