Dr Long is a Senior Consultant in Psychiatry at Flinders Medical Centre. He is the Head of Unit of the SA Health Statewide Eating Disorder Service. His areas of specialty include General Hospital Psychiatry and the psychiatric management of physical conditions, the care of people with eating disorders and brain neurostimulation for psychiatric and movement disorders. His research interests are in eating disorder treatment. He lectures for Flinders University and RANZCP Psychiatry Training in South Australia.
