Ying is an experienced ICU clinical nurse and has taught at the tertiary level for several years. Her working experience in China as well as in Australia enables her support staff and student to understand cultural difference. Ying has completed her masters in nursing with the research interest in cultural and linguistically diverse people's experiences during their critical illness. Ying is completing her PhD under a scholarship funded by MRFF grant. Her research area is dementia care.
