Topic description
Paramedic practice requires a general understanding of disease processes to enable effective management of patients presenting with a broad range of conditions. This topic will extend the specialist knowledge of disease-states established in PARA2000 and PARA2001 and provide students with the theoretical platform required to recognise and manage a variety of clinical conditions relevant to pre-hospital patient care.
