On completion of this topic students will be expected to be able to;

  • Identify and evaluate global evidence about the relative contributions to population health equity of health systems. and broader economic, political and social systems

  • Compare and contrast theories and practices of communities around the world with those of researchers and policy makers from the range of disciplines and professions that seek to improve global health equitably.

  • Reflect on how culture and values influence communication and collaboration styles when seeking to improve health equity in global marginalized communities.
