Topic description
This topic investigates an aspect of Christian Leadership. This aspect might be an extension of the subject matter studied in a Christian Leadership previously. The nature of the project and its assessment is to be negotiated with the topic coordinator. After approval has been given a supervisor with whom the student will work will be appointed. Attendance at lectures, tutorials and/or seminars may be required.
Educational aims
This topic aims to provide students with opportunities to:
- investigate an aspect of Christian Leadership in depth
- evaluate texts related to Christian Leadership criticall
- develop skills in research and analysis
Expected learning outcomes
On completion of this topic students will be able to:
- identify an aspect of Christian leadership, theoretical or practical, that merits scholarly investigation
- identify relevant recent and historical literature about the chosen issue and critically evaluate its relevance
- analyse complex problems and possible solutions related to the practice of an identified issue
- communicate theoretical concepts of Christian leadership, as they apply to specific individuals or groups
