DRAP7100 Honours Performance Project Part 1

This topic is devoted to the production of show-reels for Drama Centre students completing their honours year. All students are required to show a capacity to integrate concepts and skills gained from all areas of their drama training.

This topic aims to:

• Equip students with the skills necessary for eventual employment as actors and directors in the theatre, television and film industries
• Provide students with the necessary material in the form of portfolios, show-reels, and live presentations, to secure personal agents and employment through general auditions

1. Effectively use professional rehearsal techniques to develop performances for at least two film show reels at a professional level

1. Effectively use professional rehearsal techniques to develop a showcase live or electronic performance (depending on their professional orientation) in consultation with the Head of Directing
