The MBA Future Business is the fastest way to completing an MBA in just one year. It’s flexible, with online study options available in addition to on-campus (in the Adelaide CBD) or blended experiences. And with three study periods to choose from, you set the pace, ensuring you achieve your MBA goals in just 12 months.

We understand that committing to full-time study can feel overwhelming, so the Master of  Business Administration Future Business is designed to be completed in stages. Successfully complete four topics to earn a Graduate Certificate, or eight topics for a Graduate Diploma. If you complete 24 topics* you’ll graduate with your Masters in Business Administration Future Business.

*Credit may be granted for topics already completed in the Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma.

What is the Flinders MBA?

It’s a new way to MBA. These trailblazing courses at Flinders University are innovative, flexible and highly engaging – if you’ve been considering an MBA, now is the time, with multiple to choose from that can be tailored to your life and goals.

Can I study 100% online?

While some pathways including the Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, and MBA (Future Business) can be completed fully online, most MBA options include some face-to-face components. This is intentional, as we believe in-person interaction and networking are key benefits of studying an MBA. That said, there are still plenty of flexible online study options available across the course.

Is an MBA worth it?

Yes, in many ways. Not only will it help you to build your networks, improve your confidence and knowledge, and give you access to sought-after industry experience, but salaries for MBA graduates tend to be higher than for those with just a Bachelor’s Degree.

Am I eligible to study an MBA at Flinders?

To view the admission requirements for the MBA, refer to the Handbook. Generally speaking, you’ll either need to hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an approved tertiary institution or the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (which can be accessed by proving prior work experience).

How do I apply?

You can apply through SATAC. There are three study periods for our new MBAs, meaning you may be able to start at different times of the year.

Why isn’t the MBA 100% online?

We strongly believe engaging in-person helps to improve the quality of professional relationships, and it forms an important part of the courses. That being said, studying at Flinders University is still highly flexible. There are multiple ways to structure your study timetable around your life, and you’ve got the option to study all of your topics online, too.

Can I study part-time?
