The Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences offers postgraduate courses in Mental Health Sciences. The course was established in 2000 as the first multi-disciplinary Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) training course in Australia.
The Mental Health Sciences programs offer health professionals continuing and advanced training in the area of CBT for high prevalence mental health disorders. The three programs offered are, Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Sciences, Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Sciences and Masters of Mental Health Sciences.
