This suite of workbooks has been developed by mental health clinicians, utilising best evidence-based practices.  They are intended for use with people experiencing anxiety and depression, within services and programs implementing low intensity interventions, and are most effective when accompanied by accredited training from Flinders Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Courses.
