Geraldine Wong

"Studying and living overseas can be quite daunting initially, but through the strong support from academic staff at Flinders University, it has enabled me to quickly adapt to this change in environment.

"Halfway into my first year I am thoroughly enjoying the opportunity to interact with patients and the amount of exposure to clinical medicine at Flinders Medical School.

"In addition, the way the curriculum is structured allows me to think critically and apply the acquired knowledge in a practical and patient-centric manner - qualities which are necessary to make me a better doctor in the future."
