Jayshween Kumar

Jayshween Kumar is an emerging senior executive in Information and Digital Services, specialising in enterprise strategy, organisational capability and the delivery of complex technology-enabled transformation.

She has more than 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives across banking and finance, mining, higher education and technology. Her experience spans strategy development and execution, enterprise transformation, digital capability uplift, cyber security, data and analytics, organisational change, and the delivery of large-scale technology programs that enable organisations to improve performance and make evidence-based decisions.

Jayshween is recognised for building trusted relationships across executive leadership, translating strategy into practical outcomes, and developing organisational capability that strengthens both people and technology. Her leadership philosophy centres on creating high-performing, future-ready organisations where capability, culture and innovation work together to deliver sustainable value.

Alongside her broad career, Jayshween is completing a PhD at Flinders University exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence, organisational capability and the future workforce. Her research focuses on how AI and predictive workforce models can help organisations develop future skills while ensuring the ethical, transparent and responsible use of data.

Jayshween also serves as a Sessional Academic at Flinders University and is committed to developing the next generation of digital, data and technology professionals through teaching, mentoring and industry engagement.
