Jolene is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and senior lecturer in the Nutrition and Dietetics programs within the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Her teaching focus is in the area of nutrition research and clinical dietetics, having worked for a number of years in the clinical setting. She completed her PhD in Nutrition screening within vascular surgery patients.
