Xing is a highly accomplished Research Partnership Development Director with a proven track record of establishing successful research partnerships in health nationally. He has spearheaded the establishment of one of the largest health services research centres in Queensland, which has yielded innovative health service solutions in collaboration with communities, researchers, clinicians, and government.
With extensive experience working with health service executives across multiple states, Xing excels in translating research findings into impactful policies and practices. He is an expert in researcher capacity building and development of research income pipelines, as well as in sustaining research growth, research governance in the tertiary sector, and capital works projects.
Currently, Xing holds the position of Research Partnership Development Director at the Caring Futures Institute, Flinders University, where he continues to drive impactful research in health that enhances health outcomes and quality of care for Australians.
