Xing has a proven track record of establishing successful research partnerships in health. He led the establishment of one of the largest health services research centres in Queensland, in collaboration with communities, researchers, clinicians, and government. This involved overseeing a diverse research portfolio covering aged care, ageing, dementia care, palliative care, cancer care, acute care, social work, psychology, law, and education.
Drawing on his experience collaborating with health services and stakeholders nationally, Xing is skilled at leveraging transdisciplinary capabilities into research outcomes across policy and practice. He works across sectors to enhance researcher capacity and build robust research pipelines, while advancing research growth and industry collaboration, that translate into impactful research outcomes.
