Flinders Business Trading Room

The Refinitiv Eikon terminals give you access to over 400 global markets and more than four million gigabytes of market data, from exchanges such as the ASX, NYSE, LSE and the CME, and covering over 35 million financial instruments This cutting-edge market simulation program provides data on asset classes including foreign exchange, money markets, fixed income, equities, commodities, funds, and real estate.

The Flinders Legal Centre

Flinders Legal Centre (FLC) offers free, independent, and confidential legal advice and information. It is operated by Flinders University.

The Centre is focused on increasing access to justice, and its services are available to anyone in the community seeking legal advice.

At the Centre, Flinders Law students work under the supervision of practising lawyers to provide advice and get practical legal experience for academic credit as part of their degree.

The Cove

If you are a postgraduate coursework, honours or higher degree by research student The Cove is a space designed especially for you. It’s the perfect place for you to study, relax and meet other students. The Cove features:

full kitchen facilities
20 computers for personal study
tables and chairs to meet for study catch ups
smart boards and whiteboards
UniCard printer so you don’t need to trek to the library
disability access
comfy lounges; and
a balcony overlooking the lake.

The Cove is open between 7.30am and 6pm every day Monday to Friday. It can also be accessed by swipe card from 6am and from 6pm to 10pm on these days. Swipe card access can be granted on request for outside these hours Monday to Friday, and for weekends. Please contact cbgl.operations@flinders.edu.au and provide your name, student number, and security identification number located in the bottom right-hand corner of your ID card, underneath the photograph.
