Adeline is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Associate Lecturer for the Nutrition and Dietetic programs. She is also involved in teaching some of the nutrition and ageing topics in the Bachelor of Healthy Ageing and Bachelor of Human Nutrition programs.

Adeline is a Flinders alumnus and completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) at Flinders University in 2012. She also has over 8 years of experience as a clinical dietitian in a broad range of clinical practice areas across Singapore and Australia. In 2018, Adeline pursued her passion for nutrition in older adults by completing a Master of Science in Applied Gerontology at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She then commenced her academic career at Flinders University in 2019 and continues to have a strong interest in clinical dietetics and gerontology.

In 2014, Adeline contributed to her first publication following on from her Honours project which investigated the association between a low omega-6 diet and its effect on omega-3 levels in plasma phospholipids in humans.
