As of 2023, commenced the Biomanufacturing Industry Doctoral Training Centre (IDTC) PhD+ Program. The program combines PhD candidature at Flinders University with industry placement at MAXM Skate. Under the supervision of Professor Karen Reynolds the PhD project consists of researching medical devices for rehabilitation following total knee replacement, with the incorporation of machine learning and wearable sensor systems.

Awarded the Industry Doctoral Training Centre (IDTC) Scholarship in 2023 to pursue Doctoral studies.

Awarded Honours 2nd Class Division A in 2022.
