My research interests are Food engineering, Biopolymers, Nanotechnology, Hydrogels, and Optimization. Now, I started a new position as visiting researcher at Institute for NanoScale Science and Technology, Flinders University. I hope to collaborate with other scientists to increase my knowledge.
