I am a highly experienced project officer with expertise in overseeing multiple, competing tasks and an ability to adapt to complex challenges. I am highly skilled at organizing and facilitating, and have outstanding interpersonal communication skills and influence. I have the capacity to forge strong relationships, and inspire the best in others. With twenty years of professional experience in higher education, I have a deep understanding of the sector and the socio-political and regulatory landscape it inhabits. To augment this experience I completed the Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education (Quality Assurance) and the Master of Tertiary Education (Management) through the University of Melbourne.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate the recognition and development of innovation and excellence in university teaching through the provision of support to applicants applying for institutional and national teaching awards.
  • Coordinate the IRU Academic Calibration Project at Flinders.
  • Coordinate the Flinders University Learning and Teaching Week.
  • Contribute articles on Educational Quality and edit the CILT Newsletter.
  • Provide support to Academic Leads in professional accreditation submissions.
  • Coordinate internal course re-accreditations.
  • Develop and support Educational Quality projects and initiatives.
