Hello!

I am Dr Bruno Pereira, a lecturer and researcher in innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry transformation. I have an extensive background in supporting new tech companies and developing and supporting educational and industry engagement through innovative programs and L&T activities.

My research themes and interests relate to Absorptive capacity for innovation, Open innovation and collaborations, Emerging technologies, Industry transformation 4.0/5.0, Entrepreneurship and innovative firms.

I am passionate about new technologies and digital transformations, including existing and promising innovations such as AI, Machine learning, Deep Learning, Digital twins, Quantum computing, IoT, Big Data, Innovation management platforms and others. Primary, understanding how diverse organisations, including start-ups, can better absorb or create innovations towards value creation through economic, sustainable and social impact.
