Dr Cara Rossi is a registered and practicing clinical psychologist, undertaking undergraduate and postgraduate topic design and delivery within psychology at Flinders University. Her topics focus upon building foundational skills in psychology practice, applying psychological theory to real-world contexts, and supporting students to understand the strengths and limitations of psychology when working with diverse groups.

She is a registered supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia, meaning she is qualified to supervise the clinical practice of provisional psychologists. Dr Rossi also supervises research projects during psychology students' Honours year.

Dr Rossi acknowledges that she conducts her teaching upon Kaurna land.
