Xun (Caroline) Pan received her PhD degree in Chemistry from Flinders University in 2018. Since then, she has been working as a postdoctoral research associate under the supervision of Prof. Mats Andersson. Her research focuses on the semiconducting materials and nanoparticles applied in organic solar cells. With a passion in understanding the fundamental properties of semiconducting materials and correlating these properties with their photovoltaic performances, Dr. Xun (Caroline) Pan developed strong expertise in organic synthesis, fabrication of organic photovoltaics and different characterisation techniques, such as Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analysis (DMTA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
