Dr Chad Han, PhD, is a research fellow within the Cancer Survivorship Program at the Caring Futures Institute, Flinders University. As an Early Career Researcher, he has a strong track record in health services research in the management of chronic conditions. His research area involves investigating the models of health services (including nutrition and exercise; mHealth; patient self-management) on health outcomes in individuals with chronic conditions. Within his role at the Cancer Survivorship Program, his research interests are directed towards examining the survivorship care needs of older cancer survivors.

Chad is also an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia (DA) and Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) and mentors new graduate dietitians under the APD mentoring scheme. Much of his previous clinical experience has involved delivering medical nutrition therapy for chronic condition (including diabetes, stroke, and cancer). Chad also delivers nutrition care for patients through a virtual platform and mHealth app clinic based in Singapore - NOVI-Health.
