Chanel is an AHPRA-registered paramedic with SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) where she has practised since 2016, specialising in Health Navigation, Clinical Telephone Assessment and hospital avoidance. Chanel has also been a Casual Academic within Flinders University’s Bachelor of Paramedicine program since 2016. Chanel's academic interests centre on the integration of theoretical knowledge with contemporary paramedic practice, and is passionate about supporting students to develop clinical capability, professional confidence and readiness for transition into clinical practice.
