Mr David Newman

The NTMP trains doctors in the NT with a rural, regional and Indigenous focus.
In the pre-clinical years, the program lectures are delivered via video conferencing and online resources. These require a significant amount of support and this was my previous role in IT.

Currently I manage the Anatomy Laboratory, and Clinical Skills training resources.

I am active in community engagement, and attend Barunga and other Indigenous festivals in the NT.

Prior to Flinders I was a sound tech of significant skill and experience. I still take on film and audio projects outside my 9 to 5. I am an active sailor with the Darwin Sailing Club.
