Elise is an experienced nurse and health services researcher. Her vision is to help create a healthcare system where all people receive high-value, equitable, compassionate care that is aligned with their values and preferences. Elise has expertise in cancer services, guideline development, quality indicators, advanced nursing roles, haematological malignancies, supportive, palliative and end-of-life care, and value-based healthcare. She has worked in a range of leadership roles across the hospital, university, and government sectors. Elise has experience with quantitative, qualitative, knowledge translation, and consumer engagement methodologies.
