Research Development and Support
As the Senior Research Support Officer for the Flinders Ageing Alliance, I provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of research activities and strategic initiatives across the Alliance. I coordinate a wide range of functions including project support, event and meeting logistics, stakeholder liaison, communications, and day-to-day administration.
With a strong background in research support and a passion for improving outcomes for older people, I take pride in enabling researchers and partners to focus on their work by streamlining processes behind the scenes. My role is central to maintaining collaboration and continuity across the Flinders Ageing Alliance diverse research programs.

I provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of Flinders Ageing Alliance research and strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Strategy, Partnerships and Committees, I play a key role in driving forward the Alliance’s strategic goals, supporting meaningful partnerships, and ensuring alignment with broader organisational priorities.
My responsibilities span a broad range of functions including committee coordination, project support, events and stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and day-to-day administrative operations. I support the governance and delivery of collaborative research initiatives and contribute to the implementation and tracking of strategic outcomes across the Alliance's ageing research portfolio.
