I have a science background with a strong grounding in quantitative research design and epidemiology. Over my 20 year tenure in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, I also have developed a strong interest in mixed methods design.
Currently, I am involved in studies relating to consumers' involvement in the detection and reporting of patient deterioration in a hospital setting.
I also have an interest in chronic conditions and am part of a team conducting lymphoedema screenings in rural SA.
