I bring over 14 years of project management experience, with 10 of those years specifically focused on healthy ageing across local government, higher education, peak bodies and the private sector. 

Since my first professional role in 2011, I’ve straddled two seemingly different but deeply connected passions: environmental sustainability and healthy ageing. My expertise in project management, strategic problem-solving, and innovation allows me to move seamlessly between these domains. My Master’s in Project Management has sharpened my ability to drive efficiency and structure in diverse industries, while my Bachelor’s in Design gives me a structured approach to identifying problems and crafting innovative solutions. 

I’ve naturally gravitated toward entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, always looking for creative ways to refine, build, and scale impactful projects. Whether tightening up existing processes, diversifying services, or fostering strong team cultures, I thrive on turning ideas into reality.
