Dr Janice (Jane) Jones is an Associate Professor in Business at the College of Business, Creative Arts, Law and Social Sciences, Flinders University. Prior to academia, she worked in the health care sector. Jane teaches and researches in Human Resource Management, with a focus on career development, workforce inclusion, and the changing nature of work in response to technological and organisational transformation. Her research interests include innovation, digital technologies—including social media and artificial intelligence (AI)—and technology transfer. She has secured over AUD $1.4 million in competitive research funding, supporting projects that translate research into policy, workforce strategies, and practical tools.
Teaching and research in Human Resource Management, including course coordination, curriculum development, supervision of higher degree research students, and research collaboration with industry, government, and community organisations.
