Jessica is an expert in international conflict and provides regular analysis for national and international media outlets on global conflicts. Jessica's research interests include conflict, asymettric warfare, threat perceptions, and post-conflict institution-building with a focus on the Middle East as well as Russia / Ukraine and the United States.
Jessica also focuses on executive training with an emphasis on cultural capability and public sector leadership. Jessica engages in innovative curriculum design at the tertiary level, with a particular interest in participatory educational methods to develop graduates' professional and interpersonal competencies including cultural capability, leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills.
