As Senior Business Analyst (Sustainability), Jikke Adema supports the Sustainability team with implementation of the Sustainability Strategy as well as with internal and external reporting (including STARS and impact rankings). She has over 20 years of experience in project management, change management and research administration, mostly in an academic environment and some in the public sector. This gives her a wide perspective and strategic view on the academic landscape. Examples of past experience include project management of science projects; coordination of multidisciplinary projects in larger programs; business and process analysis; data management; change management; risk management.

Qualifications

Academic qualifications:

  • MSc Biology (Population Ecology)
  • MSc Environmental Sciences (Environmental Policy)

Non-academic qualifications:

  • Project Management (Prince2 Practitioner)
  • Business Analysis
  • Risk Management (MoR)
  • Open Water Diver (NOB) and Instruct Snorkelling Skills (ISS, PADI)
