Jikke Adema has over 20 years of experience in project management, change management and research administration, mostly in an academic environment and some in the public sector, both in Australia and the Netherlands. This gives her a wide perspective and strategic view on the academic landscape. Examples of past experience include project management of business, change and science projects; coordination of multidisciplinary projects in larger programs; business and process analysis; data management; risk management; electronic learning environments in tertiary education; e-Research; research grant applications.
