Kate Rasheed is a registered psychologist (clinical registrar) and PhD student at Flinders University. Her work and research focus on youth mental health and well-being, with her PhD dedicated to promoting mental health in sporting clubs. Kate is particularly committed to evaluating and developing a mental health program for junior sports clubs.
