Kiara is a lecturer, PhD candidate, and clinician in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Kiara has a specialisation in women's health including Endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic pain, pelvic health, fertility, eating disorders, and pregnancy, which are the focus of her clinical work and research areas. She endeavours to close the gender data gap, provide education to students and clinicians, and improve female-centric care.
Kiara holds an appointment on the Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) South Australian Chapter, providing strategic advice and guidance in relation to South Australia to support the national office. She has delivered multiple professional development courses, established and run a company, spoken at national conferences, delivered podcasts, and hosted seminars all with the ethos to expand, educate, and empower awareness in women’s health.
