Kiley is a Support Officer for Operations, with the College of Medicine and Public Health (CMAPH).

She can help with the following:

  • Booking rooms inside Flinders Medical Centre, the Health Sciences Building and the Health Sciences Lecture Theatre Complex.
  • Advertise your events/notices on the level 5 digital signage system (3 screens, near the Medical Library).
  • Answer your questions about the state-wide Body Donation Program.
  • Order stationary or printer cartridges (non-research).

She is also a Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) Support Officer and a Fire Warden for level 3 of the Health Sciences Building.

Prior to the university-wide redistribution of administrative staff, Kiley was the departmental Secretary for Anatomy & Histology, the Administrative Assistant to the Anatomy Head of Department and the Secretary for the Centre for Neuroscience. She fulfilled these roles concurrently from January 2001 to February 2018.

During her time with the University, Kiley has also fulfilled other roles including:
> Administrative support to Assoc Prof Sonja Klebe, Anatomical Pathology, 2016-2018.
> Elected OH&S Representative for 'Group 3' (School of Medicine Administration & Non-Laboratory Staff at Flinders Medical Centre, Margaret Tobin Centre and Mark Oliphant Buildings), 2010 to 2013.
> School of Medicine Honours Program Secretary, 2002-2010.
> School of Medicine Accounts Clerk, 1998-2000.

She began her career with Flinders, with an internship at the Laboratory Manager's Office, during the time of Peter Steele.
