Kim is the Director University Department of Rural Health (SA) and holds a senior academic position with the leadership team of the Discipline of Rural and Remote Health in the College of Medicine and Public Health. In this capacity, Kim offers strategic guidance for the nursing and allied health workforce pipeline in rural South Australia and course content deliverables for the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training (RHMT) program. With a 14-year career in rural and remote health, Kim has dedicated much of this time to developing and leading programs in the field of Psychological Therapies and Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, particularly for vulnerable populations. Simultaneously, Kim has successfully managed key areas within Aboriginal Mental Health, Aged Care, and Alcohol and Other Drugs Services.
