Dr Masaba Adneen is an Associate Lecturer in the College of Business, Government and Law at Flinders University. She earned her PhD in Organisational Behaviour and a Graduate Certificate in Research and Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology. Before transitioning to academia, Masaba accumulated significant industry experience in people and culture within a major corporation, bringing practical insight to her teaching and research.
Currently, Masaba coordinates and delivers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in International Business, International Human Resource Management, and Organisational Behaviour. Her dual background allows her to craft learning experiences that combine theoretical rigour with real-world applicability. In addition to her teaching duties, Masaba serves as the Academic Course Mentor for the postgraduate program, offering tailored academic mentorship and professional development guidance.
As an advocate for stronger partnerships between industry and academia, Masaba specialises in bridging these two worlds through her teaching, research, and engagement activities. She has actively contributed to academic discourse by presenting her work at multiple conferences, including the 2024 Australasian Business Ethics Network (ABEN) Conference, held at the Adelaide Business School, University of Adelaide.
