My background is in psychology and health services research. My research program focuses on supporting self-care and healthy ageing in primary care, community, and residential aged care settings, particularly for older adults with frailty and chronic conditions. I lead the Self-Care research theme within the Caring Futures Institute at Flinders University. I work with researchers, clinicians, community organisations, and creative teams to co-design and implement evidence-informed tools, products, and interventions. My work draws on integrated knowledge translation and implementation science approaches.
