Morgan connects alumni, donors, and friends with meaningful opportunities to make a lasting impact, fostering strong relationships and collaborating with academic and university leaders to align philanthropic interests with institutional priorities and fundraising goals.

Morgan previously worked in the Alumni Engagement Team, providing Alumni engagement support to the College of Medicine and Public Health and College of Health and Enablement.

Prior to commencing at Flinders in 2023, Morgan worked extensively in the not-for profit sector, primarily at health related organisations in events, fundraising and donor relationship roles.

Key responsibilities

The Advancement Manager - Major Gifts:

Builds and maintains relationships with alumni, donors, and friends of the University to secure philanthropic support for institutional priorities.

Acts as a key ambassador for the University at face-to-face engagements and works with academic leaders, senior executives and members of the Advancement team to align donor interests and university needs.

Contributes directly to the achievement of major gift, campaign, and annual philanthropic targets.
